What's Included In Our Maintenance & Support Packages

Our maintenance packages are designed to keep your WordPress and WooCommerce website secure, stable, and running smoothly. We take care of the essential technical work so you can focus on your business.

Each package includes a set number of development hours per month, which can be used for routine updates, small adjustments, and essential improvements to your site.

Included in Your Maintenance & Support Package

  • Updating WordPress core, themes, and plugins to the latest stable versions
  • Adding or editing website content (such as pages, products, or blog posts)
  • Adjusting existing layouts and styling
  • Fixing minor technical issues or bugs caused by updates
  • Website speed and performance optimization
  • Basic configuration or setup of existing plugins
  • General site maintenance and security checks

If you ever require additional work beyond your included hours, we can provide this at our standard development rate.

What’s Not Included

To keep things clear and fair for everyone, certain types of work fall outside the scope of our maintenance packages. These are considered separate projects and will be quoted individually.

The following are not included:

  • Full website redesigns or rebranding projects
  • New feature or functionality development outside of existing systems
  • Custom plugin or theme development
  • Major structural changes to the website (e.g. new templates, page builders, or frameworks)
  • Integration with third-party platforms or services
  • Fixing issues caused by third-party developers, user error, or unsupported plugins
  • Urgent emergency fixes outside agreed maintenance hours
  • Large content migrations or bulk data imports
  • SEO strategy, campaign management, or marketing work
  • General administrative tasks such as order processing, or customer contact

Any work outside of the included scope can be discussed, quoted, and scheduled separately to keep your site moving forward without unexpected surprises. If this situation arises, please reach out to your dedicated account manager for more information and next steps.
